Temperature: Normal temperatures; Sarracenias and most Droseras are frost hardy and can stay outside year round, Venus fly traps require cool but not freezing conditions in winter. Light: Prefer direct sunlight; partial shade is fine. Feeding: Do not feed these plants, as they obtain their nourishment from the insects they capture. Water: Keep soil moist using rain or soft water. Repotting: plant into a larger pot when necessary. |
